Best of British (12th March 2016)
What better way to celebrate our longest reigning Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II's, 90th Birthday than by joining HSAP on a Musical Journey through these 90 years!
Spanning 10 decades, from 1926 to 2016, you will be treated to live performances of songs written and/or performed by some of Britain's greatest music legends.
With hit songs once performed by Vera Lynn, George Formby, The Beatles, Queen, Gary Barlow, Adele and Cilla Black alongside spine-tingling renditions of 'The Circle of Life' (The Lion King), 'Tell Me It's Not True' (Blood Brothers) and 'The Stars Look Down' (Billy Elliott), there is something for the entire family.
The show features some of the finest talent North Yorkshire has to offer, with vocalists who recently took part in HSAP's 'What is Love?' Concert and 'White Christmas'
